Today was a blur...the colors of the day just seem to run together and make the memory of today fuzzy...kind of like the photo. The colors on the photo are a bit blurry too but yet they seem to create a calming effect and I added the picture to my screensaver. Now all I need is a running water fountain or better yet, the pitter patter of rainfall and a tall glass of something cold to kick back and unwind.
It's been awhile since we've had a good rainfall. Somehow after a rainfall the colors of the day seem brighter, bolder and beautiful.
Tomorrow is the first day of autumn and time for another change in season. Time to reflect on the past summer and get lost in the true colors of the day and not get blinded by the blurred colors that come with the daily stresses of work.
