...can't it be Friday?!
...do pens not write when they still have ink?! Anyone know how to get a pen to start writing again?!
...are Christmas decorations already up?! Halloween was just yesterday!
...do store receipts have to be 12 inches long? Don't they know we need to conserve our resources?
...do the four seasons have to arrive in the same week here in Houston?! Temps have been between 86, 76, 66 and tomorrow night down to 40 but back up to 80 on Sunday! UGH! :-(
...do we change time? I think it's backwards...seems to me it should get darker in the summertime--less burning sun and in winter seems more appropriate to have the sun out longer to warm the days. DUH!

I agree with you 100% on the time change! I hate hate hate that it's dark outside when I leave work at five! Grrr!
Not sure what sort of pen it is that isn't working but if it's a ballpoint, try dipping it in hot water.
As for Christmas decorations, I have to agree, I was astonished to find a Christmas tree up in a small restaurant in a small town in Southern Laos already at the beginning of November! And there were Christmas things in the shops here at the same time as Halloween decorations (which have caught on in a big way in Belgium only in the last few years). One reason is that Belgians celebrate St. Nicolas on 6 December but still...
